Shipping & Orders

  • Yes! We provide global shipping services. No matter where you are located, place an order on our website, and we'll ensure it reaches your doorstep!

  • Here are our shipping rates. For additional details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

    A flat rate fee of £4.50 is charged at checkout for orders below £50.

    Orders of £50 or over receive Free Worldwide Shipping.

  • Processing Times:

    • Fine Art prints: 1 to 5 business days

    • Originals: Originals: 1 to 3 business days 

    Transit Times:

    • UK: 1 to 3 business days

    • EU: 3 to 5 business days

    • International: 5 to 7 working days

    For Print Orders we provide fully tracked delivery.

    For Original Paintings and Commissions we provide tracked and signed delivery.

  • If you are using our standard shipping services please visit the Royal Mail tracking page with the tracking number sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Your order confirmation and invoice are automatically sent to your email after purchase. If you don't see it in your primary inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

  • We offer handwritten notes on a postcard as an add-on to our original paintings.

    Unfortunately, we don`t offer the same services with our prints, as our team and production partners take care of our fine art prints, so I can focus on creating original paintings and entertaining content for you.

  • Please inform us of any address changes within 24 hours of placing your order and we will change your delivery address for any original paintings.

    For commissions, please let us know at least one day before the shipping date that we have both agreed to.

    However, due to the process of how our team independently handles and packages prints, we cannot guarantee that address changes will be accommodated. It’s usually best to cancel the original order and place a new one before it is dispatched from our studio.

  • Fine Art Prints: Because our packaging process is managed independently by my team and each print is made to order, we cannot offer exchanges after checkout. Please ensure you choose your artwork and the correct size carefully and with consideration.

    Originals: I package and ship all original paintings to ensure the best customer experience. For that reason, you can send us an email within 24 hours of your purchase if you would like to change your painting with any available original and I will get back to you as soon as it is possible to let you know if the painting is available.

    Once an order is placed you can only buy a painting of the same price or upgrade your order. If you choose a painting of a lower value we can offer you a voucher or a discount code for the remaining value to spend in our online shop only.  That includes original paintings, fine art prints and workshops hosted in our shop only. 

    To add a handwritten personalised message you can buy an add-on here. Please take your time before you send us your desired message. Once the message has been written you cannot change it. You can only buy a new handwritten card.

    Once a painting is shipped to you you can not make any changes. For further information please check our returns policy below.

Returns

  • Original painting can be returned or exchanged within 14 days insured, providing it is undamaged and in all of it's original packaging.

    Print can be returned or exchanged only in the case of damage or faults.

    Prints are made to order in your chosen size, therefore not returnable, as they belong to the custom-made or personalized order category. In the unlikely event your print arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage including the packaging and we will arrange a replacement for you.

    Commissions follow the same rules as fine art prints. Once the first payment have been made my work begin. For that reason no refunds are to be made if you change your mind.

  • In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    . We will guide you through the process of returning or exchanging the damaged item.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Payments

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Apple Pay, Afterpay/Clearpay, Klarna and all Stripe-accepted payments.

  • We are not accountable for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your local government. These expenses are the recipient's responsibility and are collected directly by your local authorities.

Originals & Prints

  • I don`t have a public space for you to see my work in person, but I am building relationships with retail shops so you can find my prints worldwide!

  • No, we only offer physical prints.

  • Our prints are crafted on sustainably sourced premium fine art paper using high-resolution scanning and carefully edited for optimal quality.

    We utilize Fine Art Giclée print technology, known for exceptional quality and longevity. For our printing process our partners use water based ink. They does not consist of plastic, eliminating the need for petroleum or fossil fuels during its production.

    Each print ensures museum archival standards with a 100+ year colour lightfast guarantee.

  • Yes! Contact me here and let me know what size you are looking for! Pricing will vary for custom sizes.

  • Original paintings and prints sized 200mm or smaller will come in an envelope. Larger sizes will come in a rigid cardboard tube with recycled plastic ends for originals and plastic free eco caps for prints. We ensure robust packaging to guarantee a safe and secure delivery.

    *All original paintings are covered with acid free paper to ensure a resistant film between the painting and the tube. This is protecting it from yellowing and deterioration over time.

  • All of our products come without a frame. However, for added protection and aesthetic appeal, you can consider framing your print behind glass. We currently don't offer pre-framed options.

  • To frame your prints without damaging them, handle them with clean, dry hands. Avoid direct sunlight, high humidity, and extreme temperatures. Consider framing behind glass for added protection.

  • Yes, I do offer gift cards and no, they do not expire.

  • I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless the collector has also purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork. To discuss purchasing the rights, contact me. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media I only ask for credit. When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be reproduced without my written permission.

Commissions

  • Yes, we welcome custom commission requests to bring your unique vision to life. Commissions, being made-to-order and discussed separately. They are excluded from general return and exchange policies. Read more about them here.

  • You can find all pricing details on the Commissions page. Please note that due to the personalized nature of commissioned artworks, their prices are generally higher than those of original paintings.

  • Unfortunately, I don`t do human or standard pet portraits - like domestic cats and dogs.  

    Please contact me only if you are interested in a commission inspired by nature, a travel memory, or a wildlife animal or bird that you would like to perpetuate with a bespoke painting created in my style.

Art Classes and Workshops

  • Yes, I offer online lessons on demand. You can check all of my available online art classes here.

    I am also working on creating live online group workshops, where you can paint together with me and other participants and share our results in a private group.

    Currently I don`t offer local workshops. If you are interested in working with me on that matter, please contact me here.
