Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on all original paintings, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and it should be in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Each of our fine art prints is custom-made with great care. Due to this, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or changes of mind since we do not maintain stock.
As some of our art pieces are shipped directly from a fine art printer, please refrain from returning your item to the printer or manufacturer listed on your shipping label. We cannot guarantee that the item will be received properly, and this could result in the loss of your artwork.
Please note, that items purchased on sale or at a discount are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@raliceart.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. For any return inquiries, feel free to reach out to us at hello@raliceart.com.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours to arrange for a replacement. If reported after 24 hours, a replacement may not be possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items: Certain items, such as custom products (including special orders such as calendars, fine art prints, bespoke paintings, or personalized pieces), cannot be returned. If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to reach out. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original one, and once your return is approved, make a new purchase for the desired item.
Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
