We offer FREE Worldwide Shipping on orders over £50
Originals and Commissions- Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order and ship within 1-10 days. We ship them only with fully tracked & signed delivery.
Domestic UK delivery aim: 1-3 working days.
Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days.
Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days.
Fine Art Prints - Please allow 1-5 business days for your print to be handmade to order and shipped.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date.
We aim for delivery within 5-7 working days.

A flat rate fee of £4.50 is charged at checkout for orders below £35. Orders over £35 receive Free Worldwide Shipping.

Buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes that may be imposed on them by their country. This is an additional cost to your order for you to expect when the package reaches your country. Orders that are rejected by the buyer upon delivery will not be refunded. Please be aware that international shipping times can be unpredictable and sometimes lengthy. We are unable to process refunds or resend potentially lost orders until packages have been stuck in transit for the timeframe specified by the carrier to file a claim. Please check locally for duty-free limits or import duty charges.

Incorrect Shipping Information: The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping information. Orders will not be refunded for lost, mis-delivered, undelivered, or returned orders due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. Orders will not be refunded if the order(s) is lost, delivered to the wrong address, or returned by the carrier due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. The buyer will be responsible for all re-shipping costs to the correct address, as well as a 50% re-print charge based on the value of the print to be re-printed if the original order is lost due to giving us incorrect shipping information.

All original artworks and commissions have been tracked & signed for delivery. Prints will be shipped to Royal Mail (USPS) Ground Advantage or their equivalent.

Print Order Processing Time: This refers to the time it takes for us to receive your order and print/prepare it for shipping. Shipping times with the carrier (Royal Mail, UPS, FedEx) at checkout are in addition to our order processing time.

In most cases, we can ship to P.O. Box addresses. However, there are a couple of exceptions:
Couriers including FedEx, UPS and DPD cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Therefore we do not recommend you use a P.O. Box for your delivery.
International Tracked & Signed cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Pack Stations, because a signature cannot be captured. For that reason, Original Paintings and Bespoke Commissions cannot be sent to PO Boxes and Pack Stations.

Originals and Commissions are fulfilled by and sent to you from the UK.
Our Fine Art Print orders are fulfilled by our local fine art print partners in the UK, EU, US, Canada and Australia.
As such no custom duties or taxes will be incurred for them.

Please be aware that international shipments can take 7-21 days or more during busy times.
All items have estimated delivery times shown in our price lists to give you an idea of how long it typically takes to deliver a product to various countries around the world. However, several factors could delay delivery times, including:
Mistyped or incorrectly formatted address
Customs and import restrictions
Failed delivery attempts (e.g., no one home to receive the order)
Postal strikes
Other adverse conditions (such as storms and natural disasters)
If there is a significant delay with your order, our customer services team will typically address this proactively. Alternatively, if an order is outside the expected delivery window, please contact hello@raliceart.com for additional information.
Occasionally, orders do get lost in the mail, which we find occurs more often when shipping untracked to less common destinations. In the event that an order is not received within 32 days of placing the order, we’ll be more than happy to send a replacement. Just let us know at hello@raliceart.com, and we’ll make the arrangements on your behalf. Please note, however, that we cannot offer free replacements for orders not received due to an incorrect address.

Contact me within 24hrs with details of the damage / quality issue and I will arrange for a replacement for you.
